FLOP

I love Thai food. So much! The spices, the flavors the heat and the simplicity of everything, oh it is tasty. Andy and I have tried Thai all over the country, another perk of traveling!!! Usually it is decent, rarely is it amazing. There is a little tiny place by Ethel that is always remarkable and sets the bar!  So in wanting to have Thai over the last few days in STL, I thought I would try it.

So, last night I attempted to make Panag Curry. It smelled right, looked right, but....tasted OH SO WRONG.
I used the following recipe, and it was not good. Not sure what I did wrong.

So I will have to try again because I have all the spices...Wish me luck.
