Sitting in Michigan and FREEZING. It is so cold. You think it is cold at home in Ethel or Albi......NOPE it is cold here.
It is no secret that the W family travels alot. I used to say we were gone 3/4 of the month but I believe Andy said it correctly the other day. We travel about 300 days a year. Not conventional at all but it is what we do and we get to stay together as family. G adapts really well to new places and loves to see all the new sights when we get to a new destination. Sometimes it is hard to not have all the comforts of home but all this travel makes us really focus on what is important. Also I think it really helps us to relish the times we are home for a period of time. So, currently our travels have brought us to Michigan.
So G and I are playing lots of indoor games and having fun exploring the various places in the hotel. Every evening as a family we bundle up and head out to do something fun and exciting. That thing is usually dinner or a trip to Target but it is still something and G loves to push the cart around Target.....Who doesn't love Target?
Getting ready for our new little one is something very different this time around. With G I remember thinking that each day was going to be some huge milestone. Not a day could go by that I wasn't reminded that I was pregnant and having a baby...This time however it just is what it is. I enjoy reading my little emails weekly that tell me the growth of the little Marshmallow but other than that it hasn't really started to be huge part of our day. Occasional nausea and being tired is one thing but other than that I am focusing on being "normal." I will admit in caving to one craving...pickles. I know, how typical, but it is ridiculous.
There isn't much to report other than that. We are living our life the way we do it. We are happy and we are cold. :)
