The life of travel
So it is no secret....We W's travel alot. ALOT! When we were expecting our little one everyone told us that it would be impossible to continue the life we had been living. All the traveling and moving around would no longer be something that was possible....We would have to settle down. There was no way we could keep up such a crazy lifestyle.
Well here is the truth. Our traveling life has gotten more mobile. Instead of just going between Ethel and Albi we have also thrown in countless other places in the last 18 months. In talking with a friend the other day I really realized how much our little guy has gotten to experience in his life thus far. It hasn't always been the most seamless and easy thing but it has made amazing memories.

Cancun Mexico
(these are just the fun places)
At 18 months he has been all over the country and there is no sign of us slowing down. Yes, it is stressful, hard and sometimes overwhelming. In truth it is fun, exciting and kind of romantic at the same time. Our family gets to be together 99% of the time. We get to experience so many places and things together. G gets to see things that most haven't seen by the time they are 20 years old.

It isn't the normal. But we aren't trying to be normal, never have been. My love said to me one time; "Nothing we plan ever goes as planned, but it is always the unplanned experiences that are awesome." He couldn't have been more right. Sometimes I have to think back to that statement and remember that this is the life we have chosen. No one forces us to be like this. Until we decide that we WANT to change I don't think it is going to happen. The crazy hectic schedule will continue and we will continue to get to have some fun and exciting experiences.
