Walk Away

Everyday our little family of five takes a little stroll...a walk. We take a break from whatever the day has handed us and we do what we do.

 For as long as I can remember Andy and I have walked. First it was just Andy, Bishop and I...We added Bomber....Then Gus. It has become such a staple in our home that no matter where we are in the early evening hours we all head our for a little walk. Rain, snow, heat or shine we go for a walk. It seems so silly to be so attached to such a thing like a walk but it is the start of our night time ritual.

The pups love it...they walk with such a little swagger and direction. Gus just looks around and takes in the world that surrounds him. He is a pretty lucky kid in that he gets to see lots of places and sights. From traveling around from place-to-place or just travel from Ethel to STL he loves to see anything he can.

I look forward to tonights walk. Wherever we end up we will walk.
